Motor Control Centres

The extremely rigid frame can be clad with either 1.5mm or 2.0mm steel covers and plates as required. The modular system also allows us to join two or more sections together enabling a larger cubicle for housing bulky protection devices.

All our equipment is built to BS EN 60439 standards with fault levels of 50 to 100KA/1 sec and an IP rating of up to IP54.

The majority of our switchgear is finished in a polyester powder paint with a final thickness of 60-80 microns as standard. The most common colour is RAL 7032 but other colours are available on request

Busbars are type tested up to 6000A.

Standard modular switchboards are manufactured up to form 4-7 but all forms are available on request.

The motor control centres we produce are available with fixed or withdrawable starters up to 160KW, intelligent motor start systems, PLC or interfaced controlled and soft start applications.
